OPENING Call to Order: Council President Porter called the meeting to order at 9:37a.m. Roll Call Present: Councilmember Monica Higgs, Councilmember Hope Love (Absent), Councilmember Shireka McCarthy, Councilmember Kelly Porter, Councilmember Gerald Raynor, Sr., Councilmember Kizzie Scott, Councilmember Gloria Sistrunk Staff: Diamond Plater, Staff Assistant, Jeannelle Wallace, Interim City Manager, Jason Deloach, City Attorney The City Council, Interim City Manager, and City Attorney met in a Closed Session for the purpose § 3-305(b) "(1) To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction; any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals. The meeting was adjourned at 9:57a.m. The Closed Session was held via Zoom Webinar.
