Lanham, City Clerk, Stanley Mosley, Interim City Manager, and Jessica Wise, Accounting Manager 2. Meeting Topics 2.1 FY2022-2023 Proposed Budget Hearing  Ms. Wise stated that the main goal was to be conservative and replenish the city’s reserve.  Council Vice President requested for Ms. Wise to go through the revenue and expenditures.  Councilmember Porter request for Ms. Wise to explain the significant changes in the budget.  Ms. Wise stated that the total amount on the Residential property taxes and the business personal property taxes was combined in the Fiscal Year 2022 budget, and she will make the correction on the residential property amount.  Ms. Lanham provided the Year to date for the Business Personal Property taxes of $1,455,003.54  Ms. Wise stated that she does not have the Year to date on the residential property taxes. 3. 1.
