OPENING Call to Order: Council Vice President called the meeting to order at 7:13p.m. Roll Call Present: Councilmember Monica Higgs, Councilmember Hope Love, Councilmember Kelly Porter, Councilmember Gerald Raynor, Sr. (Late), Councilmember Kizzie Scott, Councilmember Gloria Sistrunk Staff: Beverly Barber, Human Resources Manager, Dashaun Lanham, City Clerk, Stanley Mosley, Interim City Manager Request Motion to go into Closed Session under Statutory Authority "(1) To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction; any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals. The City Council met in a Closed Session with the Human Resources Manager, Interim City Manager, and the City Clerk to discuss the vacant position in the city.
