REPORTS 4.1 Monica Higgs, Council Vice President Report  Council Vice President stated that her report is uploaded in Board Docs and if any questions, she can answer. please follow-up if needed. 4.2 Shireka McCarthy, Vice Mayor Report  Vice Mayor McCarthy stated that she has been working with the grants division to conduct more mental health classes and she would love to collaborate with the city council. 4.3 Stanley Mosley, Interim City Manager  Mr. Mosley stated that his report is included in BoardDocs, and he can answer any questions. 5. CITIZEN COMMENTS 5.1. Pamela Boone, 706 66th Ave-Ms. Boone stated that she heard that the council was planning on reducing the Police Department budget. She had Maurice Simpson 308 71st Street-He wanted to know 413 71st Avenue was included and the public record shows that Shirley Ingram and Jason Deloach owns the property Garry Jones-He agrees with the comments from Ms. Boone regarding the reduction for the police department budget. He was disappointed in the first meeting when you have people who are elected that do not want to follow the rules and procedures of the city. Can we get the recorded meetings listed on the website? Vice Mayor McCarthy stated that she had received a telephone call from a resident that stated that they do not want to see budget cuts in the Seat Pleasant Police Department and feel that cuts can be made in other departments. Councilmember Scott stated that we are own individuals, and we are elected to represent our Wards, and each councilmember has other information that they had received, and the residents may not the information.
