Motion to Approve Ordinance O-24-04 Amendment of Fiscal Year 2023- 2024 Budget for New Accounting Assistant Position, Increase of CFO Salary, and Administration Contingency. REPORTS 4.1 Kelly Porter, Mayor Report:  Mayor Porter stated the monthly report can be viewed in BoardDocs and read a summary of the written report. 4.2 Council President Report-Former Council President Shireka McCarthy, At-Large Councilmember McCarthy stated that her report can be found in BoardDocs.  The written report was read by Councilmember McCarthy. Councilmember McCarthy thanked Ms. Johnson for her hard work and dedication on the Ward IV Yard Sale. 4.3 Myneca Ojo, City Manager  The City Clerk summarized the City Manager report.  The city council inquired about the missing departmental reports. 5. CITIZEN COMMENTS  Ms. Arelis Hollis inquired about the request to receive the paperwork that is required for proof of income to receive assistance from the city. She received a copy of the application that was submitted and funds that were received, and she has been a resident for 50 years. The problem that she has with the property has been inherited. 6.
