Authority under § 3-305 for the closed session: (7) Topics discussed: To obtain a report and legal advice from the city attorney on whether to conduct an internal personnel investigation. Actions taken: Motioned by Councilmember Kearney and seconded by Councilmember Raynor to allow the City Attorney to conduct an internal investigation.
