Discussion and Consideration of Request for A survey of all water customers to be a representative tally of desires of the Sebastopol residents. Request would be to survey customers to see if they are supportive of using technology to review and monitor their water usage as well as be notified within 24 hours of a leak at their service connection. New technology utilizes a cell phone type connection with a minimal ping of information every 15 minutes utilizing existing infrastructure with no new radio repeaters.
