There was none. All Councilmembers were in person. Public Employment (§ 54957): Fire Chief Adjournment of Closed Session: Mayor Rich adjourned the closed session meeting at 6:45 pm. Convene Open Session of the Special City Council Meeting: Mayor Rich reconvened the open session of the meeting at 6:46 pm. Report out of Closed Session: • City Manager Schwartz reported out that the Council voted 5-0 to approve the re-initiation of the recruitment for the Fire Chief pending Council approval at an open session of the revised job description. ADJOURNMENT OF REGULAR MEETING: The Special City Council Meeting Closed Session will be adjourned to the Regular Meeting of February 6, 2023 at 5:30 pm Special Meeting (Interviews) and 6:30 pm for City Council Meeting. Mayor Rich adjourned the City Council Meeting of February 5, 2024 at 6:50 pm to the next regular City Council Meeting of February 6, 2024.
