City Council I. Executive session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e), (f), and (h) to consult with counsel regarding legal rights and duties related to the purchase and other legal matters, as authorized under ORS 192.660(2)(e), (f), and (h). II. Adjournment. ________________________________________________________________ Executive sessions are closed to the public. Representatives of the news media may attend, except when legal counsel is consulted regarding litigation or legal proceedings. Any information discussed during the session is confidential and may not be disclosed. No final decisions will be made in the executive session. Any actions taken by the City Council will occur in an open public meeting.
