Council Minutes October 21, 2024 Via Zoom Pursuant to Chapters 113 and 115 of the Codified Ordinances, and Resolution No. 22-29, enacted March 22, 2022. The City Council met in a work session at 7:01 p.m., Mayor David E. Weiss presiding. Council members present: Mrs. Kaus Mr. Malone Ms. Carmella Williams Ms. Bixenstine Mr. Claytor Council Members Absent: Mrs. Moore Ms. Anne Williams * * * * Video of this meeting may be found here through October 21 2027. * * * * At 7:04 p.m. it was moved by Mr. Claytor, and seconded by Ms. Bixenstine that Council go into an executive session to discuss the purchase, sale or the development of real property where premature disclosure of information would give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to a person, or otherwise adversely affect the general public interest.
