Council Minutes December 9, 2025 Via Zoom Pursuant to Chapters 113 and 115 of the Codified Ordinances, and Resolution No. 22-29, enacted March 22, 2022. The City Council met in a work session at 12:02 p.m., Mayor David E. Weiss presiding. Council members present: Mrs. Moore (joined at 12:38 p.m.) Ms. Anne Williams Ms. Carmella Williams (joined at 12:28 p.m.) Ms. Bixenstine Mr. Claytor Mrs. Kaus Mr. Malone Council Members Absent: None * * * * Video of this meeting may be found here through December 9, 2028. * * * * Shaker Heights School District Superintendent Dr. David Glasner, and Shaker Heights Public Library Director Amy Switzer gave an update on Forward Together. * * * * Planning Director Joyce Braverman, Economic Development Director Laura Englehart and Principal Planner Kara O’Donnell gave a Lee Road Action Plan Update. * * * * At 12:56 p.m. it was moved by Mr. Claytor, and seconded by Ms. Bixenstine that Council go into an executive session to discuss preparing for, conducting, or reviewing negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of their employment; and the purchase, sale or the development of real property where premature disclosure of information would give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to a person, or otherwise adversely affect the general public interest.  Roll Call: Ayes: Mrs. Moore, Ms. Anne Williams, Ms. Carmella Williams, Ms. Bixenstine, Mr. Claytor, Mrs. Kaus, Mr. Malone Nays: None Motion Carried * * * * There being no further business before Council, the Mayor adjourned the meeting at 1:11 p.m. _________________________________________ DAVID E.
