Emergency Ordinances: A. BILL NO. An Ordinance providing for an election of municipal officers by voters in the 20-21 City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, at the General Election to be held on April 7, 2020, and providing that notice of said election be given, containing an emergency clause. ACTION: A motion was made by Councilmember Johnson, seconded by Councilmember Faith, that Bill No. 20-21be second read.
