NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Shawano that: 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the receipts of the City of Shawano for the year 2024, including monies received from the general property tax levy to the various purposes set up on the budget approved by Council on November 20, 2024, and attached herewith the purpose therein stated. 2. There is hereby levied against all taxable property of the City of Shawano, Wisconsin, a total tax levy of $15,617,889. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Shawano that the bid for the demolition of 116 W Division Street, Shawano be awarded to Jendra Trucking, Inc. in the amount of $19,499, with all project costs, including tipping fees and other property remediation costs being provided by TID 9 monies. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator, Public Works Director, and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute necessary contracts for the above project.
