Call to Order Vice Chair M Chang called the meeting to order at 5:18 PM. 2. Roll Call 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Correspondence Exchange with Tsubame about Mayor’s possible visit to Sheboygan in 2027. MINUTES 5. Mayor's International Committee held on June 11, 2026. Motion by Nicole Brown and seconded by Katy Ries to approve the minutes from June 11, 2026. Motion Carried. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION 6. Sister City Updates New Sister City display in City Hall. Contact with Sheboygan County Historical Museum about past Sister City documentation. 7. Citizen Exchanges Member Peter Janssen updates on applicant count and approval process. 8. Fundraiser Planning Members Nicole Brown and Brittney Wagner share next steps for planning groups. Decision to host more frequent planning meetings for sub-groups leading up to event. CLOSING OF MEETING 11. Tentative Next Meeting Date: August 06, 2026. 12.
