No. 62-26-27 by Alderpersons Dekker and Kelly authorizing the City Engineer to enter into an Agreement with the Wisconsin Division of Emergency Management (WEM) to accept Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funds to protect wastewater infrastructure of the City of Sheboygan, specifically the sewer interceptor. No. 69-26-27 by Alderpersons Dekker and Kelly confirming the selection of a Trojan UV Signa system to meet the Sheboygan Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant's (WWTP) disinfection needs. No. 64-26-27 by Alderpersons Mitchell and Perrella supporting transparency for taxpayers regarding State-mandated private school voucher funding.  MOTION TO ADOPT THE SUBSTITUTE RESOLUTION (AMENDED TO REMOVE THE SENTENCE “AND SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WHO ISSUES LOCAL PROPERTY TAX BILLS” FROM THE FIRST “BE IT RESOLVED CLAUSE” Motion made by Perrella, Seconded by Dekker. No. 10-26-27 by Alderpersons Mitchell and Perrella amending section 48-2 of the Sheboygan Municipal Code so as to update the filing fee amount. No. 9-26-27 by Alderpersons Boorse and Heidemann amending sections 14- 283 and 14-310 to increase the time application review may be conducted by the police department for mobile food vendors and transient merchants.
