MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL- CALLED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF SILOAM SPRINGS, BENTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS, HELD April 10, 2025 The City of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, met in special- called session at the City of Siloam Springs Administration Building on April 10, 2025. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Judy Nation. Roll Call: Blair, Wiles, Hunt, Rissler, Allen, and Carroll— Present. Burns was absent. City Representatives Present: Jene Fain, City Clerk; Seagan Morrow, Assistant City Clerk and Admin II; Kris Paxton, Community Development Director; Kevin Moore, City Engineer and Public Works Director; Dustin Kindell, Fire Chief; Scott Miller, Chief of Police; Jason Davis, Sanitation Director; Christina Petriches, Finance Director; and Barbara Rivera, Executive Assistant. The only item on the agenda was the matter of executive session. A motion was made by Rissler and seconded by Carroll to go into executive session to consider the employment, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of an employee. Motion passed unanimously. The meeting was called back to order at 11: 12 a.m. The mayor announced that the board wanted the resignation letter read aloud from Allan Gilbert, City Administrator. A motion was made by Rissler and seconded by Allen to appoint Kevin Moore as the Interim City Administrator until May 5th, at which time Christina Petriches will take over as Interim City Administrator until a new City Administrator is hired. The motion passed unanimously. With no further business, a motion was made to adjourn by Allen and seconded by Hunt. Meeting adjourned.
