In accordance with Executive Order No. GA-08, signed by Governor Greg Abbott on
March 19, 2020, no more than 10 people will be allowed in one single room, therefore
the public will only be allowed to attend this meeting via teleconference. The public

INCREASE REQUEST OF ENTERGY TEXAS, INC. FILED ON
MARCH 31, 2020; SETTING JUST AND REASONABLE RATES FOR
ENTERGY TEXAS, INC. FOR SERVICES WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL
LIMITS; FINDING THAT THE MEETING COMPLIES WITH THE
OPEN MEETINGS ACT; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS.

2. Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution No. 20-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE
EXECUTION OF AN ENGINEERING SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR
THE CDBG-DR PROJECT, CONTRACT NUMBER 20-65-102-C275
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SILSBEE, TEXAS AND LJA
ENGINEERING, INC. (City Manager)
3. Discussion and Possible Action on Approving the Recommendation of the
Selection Committee to procure a Grant Administrator for the application
and implementation, if awarded, of Hurricane Harvey CDBG-Mitigation
funding through the General Land Office. (City Manager)
4. Discussion and Possible Action on the guidelines provided from the
Federal, State, and County levels for businesses to operate during the
COVID19. (Council Member Paul Davis)
