The assessment may be paid in 5 equal annual installments. If not paid within 30 days after the assessment roll has been filed in the City Accounting Office, the assessment or any installment shall be collected with interest in accordance with the procedure provided by SDCL 9-43-31 through 9-43-41. The City Council of the City of Sioux Falls met as the Canvassing Board pursuant to law on Monday, November 14, 2011, at the Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West 10th Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, at 7 p.m., to canvass the votes cast at said Special Election.
