That the 2012–2016 Capital Program shall be amended as follows: Public Works—Engineering Amend Capital Improvements Program Project No. 040088, Arterial Street Improvements, by increasing the amount of funding for Arterial Street Platting Fees by $550,000 and Water Platting Fees by $350,000 in 2012.
