PUBLIC INPUT Greg Neitzert spoke about his concerns regarding the Shape Places Zoning Ordinance. Topics included: deferring the 2nd reading of the ordinance for a couple of weeks; merging of the RS1 and RS2 districts; and temporary signs in the boulevard.
