Approval of contracts/agreements on the February 10, 2015 memo. A request was made by Council Member L. Staggers to move the following agreements from Item 1 to the Regular Agenda for discussion purposes: 1) Highways/Streets, Project No. 11060, Cliff Avenue from 61st Street to 85th Street, Purchase of functional capacity unit credits, Tetonka LLP, $176,996; 2) Water, 2015 Water Reclamation Rate Planning Agreement for engineering services, Advanced Engineering, $10,000.
