WHEREAS, paragraph 11 of Resolution No. 128-14 allows the City Council to modify the provisions relating to the performance pay guidelines in any one calendar year based on their discretion; and WHEREAS, a recent job audit resulted in revisions to the job description of City Clerk, which in turn called for an adjustment to the biweekly salary ranges for the City Clerk; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF SIOUX FALLS, SD: That paragraph 2 of Resolution No. 128-14 is amended as follows: 2. The 2015 biweekly salary ranges for the City Clerk shall be as follows: biweekly minimum range—$2,275.20; maximum—$3,248.80.
