Council Member Theresa Stehly excused herself from the discussion and the vote on Item 35. A motion was made by Council Member Greg Neitzert and seconded by Council Member Michelle Erpenbach to adopt said Ordinance. Erickson to amend Item 35 by inserting after the words "LW Live- Work District", the following condition: "except MD-2 form uses are prohibited". The City will also work with the developer of this property to obtain the necessary public right-of-way for a future improvement of the 6th Street and Bahnson Avenue Intersection".
