Member Christine M. Erickson to amend Item 35 by inserting after the words "LW Live-
Work District", the following condition: "except MD-2 form uses are prohibited".

form uses are prohibited", insert a semi-colon, and then add the following condition:
"Traffic Impact: Prior to issuance of a building permit, a traffic and pedestrian plan will
be required for approval by the City Engineering Department. The City will also work
with the developer of this property to obtain the necessary public right-of-way for a
future improvement of the 6th Street and Bahnson Avenue Intersection".
