The following application for abatement was deemed legally sufficient by the State's Attorney's Office for Minnehaha County and the City Attorney for Sioux Falls. Based upon the reason stated below, the Director of Equalization recommends the request for abatement be approved. 10. Allison Bylsma spoke about a construction dumpster in front of the downtown Hydra Beer Hall; and the barriers in front of the parking area causing pedestrians to walk into traffic. Bruce Danielson spoke about live streaming of the City Council Meeting. Tim Stanga spoke about downtown development and the deterioration of his neighborhood. Jeff Deyoung spoke about not having access to his business (East 10th Street Storage) due to construction work around this area. Jerry Leclair spoke about traffic on West 26th Street between Marion Road and Sertoma Avenue. Item 1 was heard at this time.
