Bruce Danielson spoke about live streaming of the City Council Meeting. Tim Stanga spoke about downtown development and the deterioration of his neighborhood. Jeff Deyoung spoke about not having access to his business (East 10th Street Storage) due to construction work around this area. Jerry Leclair spoke about traffic on West 26th Street between Marion Road and Sertoma Avenue. Item 1 was heard at this time.
