David Zokaites spoke about American race riots. Michaela Smothers spoke about the condition of the Whittier Neighborhood and Heritage Park as it pertains to park use after hours by drunkards. Bruce Danielson read a letter from June Staggers about Theresa Stehly's service. Mike Zitterich spoke about party politics.
