RESOLUTION NO. 36-21 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2021–2025 CAPITAL PROGRAM TO ADD DRONES AND A TRACTOR LOADER IN 2021. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF SIOUX FALLS, SD. That the 2021–2025 Capital Program shall be amended as follows: Police Amend the Other Capital Expenditures Program by adding two drones in 2021. The additional cost is $18,000 and will not require an increase in appropriations as it will be funded by savings from other police equipment purchased in 2021. Entertainment Venues—Events Center Amend the Other Capital Expenditures Program by adding a tractor loader in 2021. RESOLUTION NO. 37-21 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RELEASE OF A PERMANENT EASEMENT LOCATED IN THAT PART OF VACATED ALLEY LYING ADJACENT TO LOTS 1 THROUGH 18, BLOCK 23 OF DENNIS SUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS 9, 10, 23, & 24, UNIVERSITY ADDITION TO SIOUX FALLS, MINNEHAHA COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA. WHEREAS, the City of Sioux Falls, SD, no longer needs the permanent easement areas across the above-described real property, as shown on Exhibit A. PER COUNCIL POLICY: THE CHAIR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF SPEAKERS DURING ANY AGENDA ITEM FOLLOWING ONE HOUR OF TESTIMONY, BUT MAY BE OVERRIDDEN BY A MAJORITY VOTE OF THE CITY COUNCIL; AND, DURING A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL, PUBLIC INPUT WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED FOR THE AGENDA ITEM AFTER THE STAFF PRESENTATION, BUT BEFORE CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND VOTING.
