MINUTES City Council Meeting Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 6:00 PM Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West 10th St., Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57104 CALL TO ORDER 1. A motion was made by Council Member Starr and seconded by Council Member Erickson to defer Sub-Item 30 from Agenda Item 6 to the meeting of Tuesday, April 5, 2022.
