NEW BUSINESS Council Member Rich Merkouris noted this is Law Enforcement Appreciation Week and encouraged the public to express appreciation to Law Enforcement personnel. GENERAL PUBLIC INPUT Sierra Broussard spoke about Law Enforcement Appreciation Week and the workload of Police Officers. Chester Deyoung spoke about the reporting process for the departments of the City of Sioux Falls. Bill Webb spoke about the effects of climate change in the world and the city's Sustainability Plan. Rick Althoff spoke about the changes being made to Community Centers and how it will impact families. John Dewitts spoke about halfway houses in his neighborhood.  Katrina Lehr-McKinney invited the Council to an All-Saints Neighborhood meeting on Monday, May 22nd from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with Kingdom Boundaries. She read comments from some of her neighbors about recent developments in the neighborhoods.
