Washington, City Clerk NEW BUSINESS There was none. GENERAL PUBLIC INPUT John Matheson spoke on concerns of speeding vehicles and reckless driving in Sioux Falls. Jordan Deffenbaugh made comments on the Riverline District, surrounding neighborhoods, and some impacts of dreaming big. Chester Deyoung thank the Council for their service, and mentioned some responsibilities of the Council and staff. He also spoke about meeting with a Council Member and a Departrment Head over the weekend. Sierra Broussard made comments on a City staff member and Hegg Construction personnel, and the Elmwood Golf Course Clubhouse project. Tim Stanga spoke about how things in the City are being done. Megan Skaff spoke on homelessness in the downtown area, gentrification, and questioned why individuals most affected by homelessness are not included in homelessness discussions. Mike Zitterich made comments on sales tax and gave some recommendations to the Mayor's Office on tax.
