That the 2024–2028 Capital Program shall be amended as follows:
Entertainment Venues
Amend the Capital Improvements Program by adding a project, Land Acquisition, in
2024. The estimated cost for land is $8,100,000 and will require an increase in
appropriations that will be funded from the Entertainment Tax Fund available fund
balance.
