Watermain Installation; Regional BMP 25-1; Veterans Pkwy. (Rice St. to I-90); Rail Crossing Improvements (Lowell Ave.); Cliff Ave. (Chambers St. to Benson Rd.); North Minnesota Ave. Bridge Rehabilitation; 60th St. North and Granite Ln.
