MINUTES Council Working Session Friday, April 16, 2021 at 2:00 PM Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West 10th St., Sioux Falls, SD 57104 1. Call To Order Present: Janet Brekke (Via telecom; arr. 3 p.m.), Christine M. Erickson, Rick Kiley, Greg Neitzert, Marshall Selberg, Curt Soehl, Pat Starr Absent: Alex Jensen Council Chair Greg Neitzert called the meeting to order at 2 p.m. and asked for the roll call to be read. 2. Public Comment There was none. 3. Executive Session A. Consulting with legal counsel or reviewing communications from legal counsel about proposed or pending litigation or contractual matters pursuant to SDCL 1-25- 2(3) A motion was made by Council Member Erickson and seconded by Council Member Kiley to enter Executive Session at 2:02 p.m. for the purpose of Consulting with legal counsel or reviewing communications from legal counsel about proposed or pending litigation or contractual matters pursuant to SDCL 1-25-2(3). Roll call vote to enter Executive Session. 6 Yes: Erickson, Kiley, Neitzert, Selberg, Soehl, Starr; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. A motion was made by Council Member Erickson and seconded by Council Chair Selberg to exit Executive Session and adjourn at 3:03 p.m. Roll call vote to exit Executive Session and adjourn. 7 Yes: Brekke, Erickson, Kiley, Neitzert, Selberg, Soehl, Starr; 0 No: (None).
