Discussions are ongoing between the Chamber of Commerce and Experience Sioux Falls regarding separate legal status for Experience Sioux Falls, which may change how the agreement is drafted. Currently, the agreement is with the Chamber of Commerce on behalf of the Convention and Visitors Bureau (aka Experience Sioux Falls). Section Three adds information about print and marketing and Section Nine requires hours of operation to be pre-approved by the director.
