MINUTES Informational Meeting Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 4:00 PM Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West 10th St., Sioux Falls, SD 57104 1. Call To Order Council Members Present: David Barranco, Sarah Cole, Greg Neitzert, Marshall Selberg, Curt Soehl, Pat Starr Council Members Absent: Alex Jensen, Rich Merkouris Council Chair Marshall Selberg called the meeting to order at 4 p.m. 2. Councilor Remarks There were none. 3. Presentations A. Management Agreement Updates for Alcohol Licensing by Shawn Pritchett, Director of Finance Presentation: Approximately 5 minutes followed by discussion The Management Agreement Updates for Alcohol Licensing was presented by Shawn Pritchett, Director of Finance (presentation attached to the agenda). Following the presentation there was some discussion and questions from the Council, which were answered by Pritchett. B.
