1. Call To Order
Council Members Present: Richard L. Thomason, Curt Soehl, David Barranco,
Miranda Basye, Rich Merkouris, Ryan Spellerberg, Jennifer Sigette
Council Members Absent: Sarah Cole
Council Chair Rich Merkouris called the meeting to order at 4 p.m.

There was none.
3. Presentations
A. Experience Sioux Falls - 2026 BID Budget and Update by Teri Schmidt, CEO of
Experience Sioux Falls
Presentation: Approximately 15 minutes followed by discussion
Teri Schmidt, CEO of Experience Sioux Falls, provided a presentation and update
on the 2026 Bid Budget (presentation attached to the agenda).
Following the presentation, questions asked by the City Council were answered by
Schmidt.

There was none.
5. Adjournment
Council Chair Rich Merkouris adjourned the meeting at 4:37 p.m.
