Absent: Council Member Kermit Staggers and Mayor Dave Munson. ROLL CALL: MINNEHAHA COUNTY COMMISSION: Anne Hajek, Carol Twedt, John Pekas, Jeff Barth, and Dick Kelly. In the absence of Mayor Munson, Council Chair Costello chaired the meeting. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE APPROVAL OF REGULAR AGENDA A motion was made by Council Member Gerald Beninga and seconded by Council Member De Knudson to approve approve the Regular Agenda. Motion Passed REPORT OF OFFICERS/BOARDS/COMMITTEES/TRANSFERS OF UNENCUMBERED APPROPRIATION BALANCES AMONG PROGRAMS WITHIN A DEPARTMENT OR ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT AS PROVIDED IN THE SIOUX FALLS CITY CHARTER SECTION 5.07 (d) 1. BRIEFING AND REPORT FROM THE MULTI-CULTURAL CENTER BOARD OF DIRECTORS. Mary Medema gave an update on the Multi-Cultural Center. 5:47 p.m. - Council Member Litz left at this time. Rich Oksol, Lead Internal Auditor, gave an update on the city audit of the Multi-Cultural Center. NEW BUSINESS There was none.
