Huether was excused from the meeting and the vote on this item. Motion Passed REPORT OF OFFICERS/BOARDS/COMMITTEES/TRANSFERS OF UNENCUMBERED APPROPRIATION BALANCES AMONG PROGRAMS WITHIN A DEPARTMENT OR ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT AS PROVIDED IN THE SIOUX FALLS CITY CHARTER SECTION 5.07 (d) 1. REVIEW AUDIT REPORT: 10-02 MULTI-CULTURAL CENTER. Document: MCC Audit Report Lead Internal Auditor Rich Oksol and Internal Auditor Jeff Weber reviewed the Audit Report for the Multi-Cultural Center. Discussion followed. Qadir Aware, former Director of the Multi-Cultural Center, discussed the audit report. Discussion was held regarding the timeline for Directors of the Multi-Cultural Center to follow up on the Audit Committee recommendations. Mary Medema spoke regarding the status of hiring a new Executive Director. Anderson Jr. gave a history and an update on the progress of the Multi-Cultural Center. He thanked Qadir Aware and the staff of the Multi-Cultural Center for their hard work. A motion was made by Council Member Vernon Brown and seconded by Council Member Jim Entenman to free form to accept the Audit Report .
