METRO MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE BOARD AGENDA Metro Management Executive Board Meeting Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 3:00 PM Commission Room, 1st Floor City Hall, 224 West Ninth Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57104 1. CALL TO ORDER Present: Board Member Gerald Beninga, Board Member Dean Karsky, Board Member Matt McAreavey, Board Member John Thum Absent: Board Member Sarah Cole, Board Member Curt Soehl, Board Member Mike Milstead Chair pro tem Jon Thum called the meeting to order at 3 p.m. 2. QUARTERLY FINANCIAL UPDATE Sam Stanforth, Business Analyst, gave the quarterly financial update. Financials were discussed following the report. 3. MANAGER'S REPORT Aimee Chase, Metro Administrator, gave the Metro Manager's report and spoke on staffing, hiring, and training. There was some additional discussion on staffing, hiring, and employee retention. 4. 2024 MEETINGS SCHEDULING The next Metro Management Executive Board Meeting was scheduled for December 10, 2024. 5. PUBLIC INPUT There was none. 6. EXECUTIVE SESSION (IF NEEDED) There was no Executive Session. 7. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 3:31 p.m. Jermery J. Washington, City Clerk
