Landscapes Golf Management—Contract Extension: Kearney shared a PowerPoint
presentation of the last four years of golf course metrics outlining the results that have
been achieved at the golf courses under the management of Landscapes Unlimited.
While the contract is due to expire on December 31, 2022, this proposed extension is
being brought forward at this time to ensure that Landscapes Management employees
have certainty going forward and this management group can plan for the future by
working with the City and the golf courses on future planning efforts including the new
clubhouse project. A motion to recommend approval of the contract extension was made
by Cauwels and seconded by Wegener. Motion passed unanimously with all present
Board members voting yes.
Due to a conflict of interest, Wegener recused herself from Item 5.c. of the agenda.
