Rateliff Ave.  REZ-019068-2023: Rezoning from the RS Single-Family Residential – Suburban District to the CN Conservation District located south of W. 85th St. and east of S. Brande Ave.  CU-019059-2023: Conditional Use Permit for a Carwash within 250 feet of a DD or AD form located at 2101 N. Marion Rd.  PUD-019062-2023: Initial Development Plan Amendment for the Sanford Sports Complex located south of W. Benson Rd. and west of N.
