CONSENT AGENDA APPROVAL A motion was made by Paulson and seconded by Johnson to approve the Consent Agenda. A motion was made by Paulson and seconded by Johnson to amend by moving Item 3B to the Regular Agenda and changing the legal description for Petition 9701-2018 to Lots 8-12. A motion was made by Paulson and seconded by Johnson to defer Item 6A to the March 6, 2019, Planning Commission Meeting. Legal Description: LOT 1, BLOCK 7, LEGACY NORTH FARM ADDITION, CITY OF SIOUX FALLS, MINNEHAHA COUNTY, SD A motion was made by Gaspar and seconded by Paulson to approve Item 6B.
