Petition: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SIOUX FALLS, SD, AMENDING THE 2013 SHAPE PLACES ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SIOUX FALLS. Legal Description: A motion was made by Paulson and seconded by Sershen to approve with conditions 1. The buffer yard reduction in the MD-2 Form bulk regulations be changed from 5' to 10'.
