Petition: 10325-2019: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT for a full-service restaurant serving beer and wine located at 1200 S. Minnesota Ave. Legal Description: N198' W170.5' (EE W7'), Block 12, Sherman's Addition to the City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, SD A motion was made by Nyberg and seconded by Johnson to approve Item 5C. Voice vote to approve. 4 Yes: Ervin, Johnson, Nyberg, Paulson; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. D. Petition: 10331-2019: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow gravel for operational vehicle storage located at 5413 N. 7th Ave. and 5412 N. 6th Ave. Legal Description: Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, 1-90 Place 2nd Addition, City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, SD A motion was made by Johnson and seconded by Ervin to withdraw Item 5D.
