Petition: 10669-2019: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT for required parking within 250 feet for use located at 1201 S. 7th Ave. Legal Description: Lot 1, John Koch Investments Addition to Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, SD A motion was made by Ervin and seconded by Chontos to defer Item 5D to the September 4, 2019, Planning Commission Meeting. Voice vote to defer. 3 Yes: Chontos, Ervin, Johnson; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. Paulson recused himself from the discussion and vote on this item pursuant to City Ordinance 35.028. E. Petition: 10670-2019: CONDITOINAL USE PERMIT for kennel and boarding facility within 1,000 feet of DD, AD, or MD forms located at 7221 S. Grasslands Pl. Legal Description: Lot 2A of Grasslands Addition to the City of Sioux Falls, Lincoln County, SD  A motion was made by Ervin and seconded by Chontos to approve Item 5E with conditions. 1. Development and Review Process Guide - Draft Update Hailey Bruckner, Department of Planning & Development intern, provided the update. Jason Bieber, Senior Planner, stated that Bruckner would be completing her internship this month and returning to college. He then praised her for her hard work.
