The AD4 (Attached Dwelling - Traditional eight-unit townhome) form is only allowed to build up to a twin home or duplex. A motion was made by John Paulson and seconded by Erik Nyberg to amend by placing a condition. 2. A 6-foot screening fence is required instead of a 4-foot fence within the Level A buffer yard.
