CONSENT AGENDA APPROVAL A motion was made by Erik Nyberg and seconded by Larry Luetke to approve the Consent Agenda. A motion was made by Erik Nyberg and seconded by Larry Luetke to amend by moving Item 2E to the Regular Agenda. Petition: REZ-013281-2020: Rezoning from the O Office District to the LW, Live/Work District located at 1401 S. Ellis Rd. Legal Description: PART OF TRACT 1 OF PINE KNOLL ADDITION IN THE S1/2 OF 21-101-50, MINNEHAHA COUNTY A motion was made by Larry Luetke and seconded by Erik Nyberg to approve Item 5A. A motion was made by Kurt Johnson and seconded by Larry Luetke to amend Item 5A with the following conditions: 1. Maximum height of 2 stories (35 feet) for any buildings further than 200 feet from Ellis Road: AND 2. Minimum Level C Buffer Yard required along south property line; AND 3. Maximum of 80 total residential units on site. Voice vote to amend. 4 Yes: Kurt Johnson, Janet Kittams, Larry Luetke, Aaron Norman; 1 No: Erik Nyberg. Motion Passed. Petition: SUB-P-013201-2020: Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Dove Ridge Addition located at 2100 E.
