CONSENT AGENDA APPROVAL  A motion was made by Erik Nyberg and seconded by Janet Kittams to approve the Consent Agenda. A motion was made by Larry Luetke and seconded by Janet Kittams to amend by moving Item 2D to the Regular Agenda. A motion was made by Larry Luetke and seconded by Janet Kittams to amend by moving Item 4A to become Item 5A.
