Legal Description: Lot 6 Block 16 Willows Edge Addition to City of Sioux Falls 3. CONSENT AGENDA APPROVAL A motion was made by Erik Nyberg and seconded by Larry Luetke to approve the Consent Agenda. HANSON PL.  Legal Description: Tract 1A of Hauff's Addition - S1/2 SW 1/4 17-100-50 and Tract 1 of Hanson’s 2nd Addition - S1/2SW1/4, Lincoln County A motion was made by Sean Ervin and seconded by Dana Fisher to approve Item 5A. Voice vote to approve. 4 Yes: Sean Ervin, Janet Kittams, Bradyn Neises, Aaron Norman; 2 No: Dana Fisher, John Paulson. Motion Passed. Larry Luetke, Erik Nyberg recused themselves from the discussion and vote on this item pursuant to City Ordinance 35.028. B. Petition: REZ-016957-2022: Rezoning from the RD-2, Townhome Suburban to the RCD, Residential Cluster PUD and the RT-2, Townhome Traditional and to approve the Initial Development Plan for the site located north of E. Madison St. and east of N. Veteran’s Pkwy. Legal Description: Portion of E1/2 SW1/4 (EX H-2 & EX TR 1 Strunk Addition) 7- 101-48 Split Rock Township 101-48, Minnehaha County, South Dakota as shown by exhibit A motion was made by Janet Kittams and seconded by John Paulson to approve Item 5B. Petition: The Project Boundary for Tax Increment Finance District #26 Legal Description: E1/2 SW1/4 (EX H-2 & EX TR 1 Strunk Addition) 7-101-48 Split Rock Township 101-48, Minnehaha County, South Dakota A motion was made by Aaron Norman and seconded by Janet Kittams to approve Item 5C A. A motion was made by Erik Nyberg and seconded by Larry Luetke to approve Item 5C B.
