CONSENT AGENDA APPROVAL A motion was made by Janet Kittams and seconded by Larry Luetke to approve the Consent Agenda. Erik Nyberg recused himself from the discussion and vote on this item pursuant to City Ordinance 35.028. REGULAR AGENDA 4. REGULAR AGENDA APPROVAL A motion was made by Sean Ervin and seconded by Bradyn Neises to approve the Regular Agenda. Louise Ave. Legal Description: Block 3 Except Lot H1 Platinum Valley II Addition, Lincoln County, SD  A motion was made by Sean Ervin and seconded by Larry Luetke to defer to the Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. Voice vote to defer. 7 Yes: Sean Ervin, Dana Fisher, Janet Kittams, Larry Luetke, Bradyn Neises, Aaron Norman, Erik Nyberg; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. B. Petition: Minnesota Avenue Corridor Land Use Report Legal Description: North Minnesota Avenue from W. Russell Street to W. 3rd Street A motion was made by Larry Luetke and seconded by Dana Fisher to accept the report. Voice vote to accept. 7 Yes: Sean Ervin, Dana Fisher, Janet Kittams, Larry Luetke, Bradyn Neises, Aaron Norman, Erik Nyberg; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. 6.
