CONSENT AGENDA APPROVAL A motion was made by Erik Nyberg and seconded by Larry Luetke to approve the Consent Agenda. Bradyn Neises recused himself from the discussion and vote on this item pursuant to City Ordinance 35.028. 5. REGULAR AGENDA PETITIONS A. Petition: FLUA-017466-2022: Future Land Use Amendment to reclassify a Development Area identified in the Shape Sioux Falls 2040 Comprehensive Plan from Tier 3 to Tier 1, located east of S. Southeastern Ave. and south of E. Bison Trl. Legal Description: Government Lot 2 (except Tract 1 of Maple Rock and Lot H-1 thereof) located in Section 18-T100N-R49W, Lincoln County, SD A motion was made by John Paulson and seconded by Larry Luetke to approve Item 5A. Voice vote to approve. 4 Yes: Larry Luetke, Aaron Norman, Erik Nyberg, John Paulson; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. 6.
